Common Questions
Las Vegas mortgage questions, answered.
Do I need to meet in person?
No. Everything can be handled by phone, video and secure online document upload, so you can work with us from anywhere in Nevada or while you are still relocating.
Does the consultation affect my credit score?
No. The 15-minute consultation does not include a credit check.
Can I get pre-approved if I am self-employed?
Often, yes. Bank-statement and asset-based programs can qualify business owners using deposits or assets instead of tax returns. Eligibility depends on the program and your file.
Can I buy in Las Vegas before I sell my current home?
It may be possible, depending on your income, reserves and the loan program. We will review your options on the call.
What should I prepare before getting pre-approved?
Typically a photo ID, recent pay stubs and W-2s or tax returns, and recent bank statements. Self-employed borrowers may use business bank statements. We will send you an exact checklist for your situation.
Are you licensed in Nevada?
